Marketing doesn't have to be complicated.
What works isn't fancy.
It's specific.
And it's teachable.

I was trying to determine my niche and was not 100% certain where I wanted my focus to be. Her exercises helped me identify what I wanted to do, how to say it, and then actually do it.

My brand was undeveloped in my head and in the public eye. I didn't know where to start. You conveyed the possibility that I could succeed by validating me and my ideas and truly listening.

My biggest struggle was knowing how to start and figuring out my story or direction. The biggest change after our work together is no more questioning whether this is the right niche.

Because I take a small number of coaches at a time, and I'd rather find out before the call whether I can actually help you.
It takes about five minutes. It also means we skip the background questions and start where it matters, because I'll already know where you are.
Early is the advantage. You have no bad habits to undo and no half-built funnel to untangle.
Here's what I see happen instead. A coach waits until she feels ready, and spends that whole time practicing on other coaches. Two years later she has less confidence than when she started, because none of it was with a real paying client.
If you're building a coaching business, you're not too early.
That's fair, and I'm not going to talk you out of it.
Most programs teach you tactics without building the system underneath. So you learn what to post, but not why nobody reaches out after they read it. You finish with notes and nothing built. On this call we'll look at what you already tried, why it didn't land, and what was actually missing. Bring the thing that failed. That's the useful conversation.
It should take things off the list, not add them.
You're not tired because you're lazy. You're tired because you're making every decision alone at 11pm. Which platform, which freebie, what to charge, whether that post was good enough.
Part of what we do on this call is decide what you stop doing.
No. If you had it figured out, you probably wouldn't need the call.
Come with whatever you have, even if it's messy or you've changed it four times. Messy is normal and it's usually the fastest thing to fix.
No. Most of my clients are, and that's who I talk about most, but the requirement is that you're building a coaching business and you're serious about it. If you're coaching people and getting paid, or you're in training now, you're in the right place.
What I don't do is teach you how to be a coach. You should know how to coach before coming to me.
Then you still get the call and the plan.
I'm not going to pressure you into something that doesn't make sense for where you are right now. And if private coaching isn't the right fit, I'll tell you what I'd actually do in your position.
I read your application myself, usually within one business day. Not an assistant, not a bot.
If it's a fit, I'll send you a link to book. You'll get a Zoom link in your confirmation email, and check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.
If it isn't a fit, I'll still email you and tell you what I'd do instead. You get a real answer either way.
