The Coaching Biz Lounge | Michelle Kuei

For coaches who already know the strategy but can't stay consistent

The Room Where Coaches Stop Restarting.

An ongoing community that keeps the momentum going. Thirty days from now, one step forward instead of another fresh start.

The pattern

Why You Keep Starting Over.

Here's a pattern I've watched enough times that I stopped calling it a coincidence.

You learn a framework. A good one. Maybe you built it with me, maybe somewhere else entirely.

You run it. It works.

Then life gets loud. And when you come back, you're not picking up where you left off. You're starting over.

Learn the framework Run it Life gets loud Go quiet The Return Loop

It isn't a failure. It's a circle. Nothing is broken, you just keep arriving back where you started.

And a circle can run forever without ever going anywhere.

What keeps it turning is that nothing comes back. No clients waiting on you. No comments, no DMs, no calls booked. And with nothing coming back, you can't tell the difference between "this isn't working" and "this hasn't worked yet."

But opportunity can't reach a draft. The client who would have said yes, the collaboration, the thing that was out there the whole time. None of it can find work that never left your head.

So move one thing. That's the whole ask.

Thirty days from now, one step forward instead of one more lap.

Five days, no missed sends

I'm celebrating staying committed and completing 5 days of email out to my list practicing the skills and staying consistent.

Who belongs here

Find Yourself On The Loop.

Nobody in here is sorted by how long they've been coaching or whose program they finished. Only by where they're stuck.

You have the framework and you've never published from it

It's written down. The niche, the offer, the messaging. It's been sitting in your Notion since spring and nothing has left your laptop.

You're publishing and you can't tell if it's working

You're showing up. Nothing is coming back. No comments, no DMs, no calls booked, and you're about two weeks from deciding it doesn't work.

You went quiet and haven't gone back

Something got loud. You stopped for a week, then a month. Now starting again feels heavier than starting did the first time.

You've been around this loop three or four times

New framework, new plan, new January. You're not looking for another one. You're looking for the thing that makes this one stick.

What breaks it

What Breaks A Loop Open Is Momentum.

Momentum is not motivation. Motivation is how you feel on a Tuesday. Momentum is what's already moving before you show up.

And it comes from three things.

Something on the calendar. Someone expecting your work. A place to put it when it's done.

Most coaches have none of those. Not one.

So the framework sits in a Notion doc, finished and unpublished, and you decide the problem is you.

It's not you. It's structure.

The Lounge is those three things, on purpose.

Where this goes

The Coach You Become By Month Five.

It's a Thursday.

You open your laptop at nine and write for twenty minutes. Not from a blank page. You're finishing the thing you brought to the call two weeks ago, the one I told you to cut the first three lines from.

You post it before lunch. You don't read it eleven times first. You already know it's good, because somebody who isn't you read it and said so.

Nothing goes viral. That was never the point.

Then something comes back. A message that afternoon from someone who has been reading you quietly for months. She wants to talk. You send her your calendar link, and you don't rewrite the note first, because you wrote that note in month two and it still works.

Here's what's actually different, and it isn't the post.

You're not deciding whether to show up this month. That question got answered somewhere around month three, and it hasn't come back.

You're not a coach about to get consistent. You're a coach who is.

Your coach

I Know What Happens When The Program Ends.

I'm Michelle. Your business and marketing coach for coaches, and also a certified copywriter, which is the part that matters when you hand me a sales page and ask if it's any good.

I built this business on evenings and weekends while working full time as a pharmacist. Two jobs, for years. So when I say I know what it's like to build something in the margins of your life, I'm not being generous. I'm describing my Tuesdays.

And I know the other part too.

The program ends. The calls stop. The group goes quiet. And you're back out in the wilderness on your own. Again.

The momentum you had in that room, gone. The good vibe that made you want to show up on a Wednesday, gone. Somebody expecting your work, gone.

Nothing about you changed. The room just closed.

That's the whole reason this one doesn't.

  • ICF Accredited Coach (iPEC)
  • Certified Copywriter and Email Marketing Strategist
  • Recognized Top 15 Coach in Los Angeles
  • Creator of the 7-Step Client Enrollment Method

I just LOVE how you show up, your messaging, brand identity, and authentic community. I felt so seen and inspired by your feedback and how much you genuinely care.

Inside the room

What's Actually In The Room.

Most memberships bury you. Thirty courses you'll never finish and a login you forget by week two. The Lounge is three things and nothing else.

Something on the calendar

One live training every month. We rotate through the four skills that grow a coaching business, so you get better at one thing at a time instead of drowning in all of it.

Someone expecting your work

Bring your stuff to the call and I'll go through it with you. The sales page that isn't converting. The email you've rewritten six times. The post sitting in drafts. Not advice for the room. Your actual work, out loud, with a copywriter's eyes on it.

A place to put it

A private community of coaches across every niche, plus Make It Visible Monday. Post the work, get a copywriter's eyes on it before you publish.

The trainings

Four Skills. On Rotation.

Your live training every month is one of these four. Not thirty topics you'll never get through. Four, rotating, so you come back around to each one three times a year and get better at it every pass.

Getting found

The people who need you can't tell you exist. This is the work of being visible to one specific person instead of loud at everyone.

Getting the yes

"Let me think about it" isn't a no. It's an unanswered question. This is how you find out which one.

Keeping clients

Every new client costs you a search. Every returning one doesn't. This is the math most coaches skip.

Content that sells

Content that asks for nothing gets nothing back. This is how you invite without it feeling like a pitch.

Four skills. Twelve months. Three passes at each one.

Your month, every month

Coached First. Then You Work.

The day you join you're in. Circle access, the full training library, and whatever the room is working on right now. Introduce yourself and tell us what you're building.

Then the month runs like this, and it runs this way every month.

Your month One thing per week
WEEK 1 Coaching call 60 min, live

Bring what you've got

Your work, out loud, in front of the room. The sales page that isn't converting. The email you've rewritten six times. I go through it with you.

Your one job: bring the thing you've been avoiding. Not a question about it. The thing.

WEEK 2 Work on it 90 min, yours

Take the feedback while it's fresh

You know exactly what to fix now. This is the week you fix it, and post it in the community if you want a second look before it goes out.

Your one job: fix what got flagged. Don't start something new.

WEEK 3 Live training 60 min, live

Learn the one thing that moves you forward

One of the four skills, taught live. Not a curriculum dump. One skill, one month, with room to ask about your own business.

Your one job: pick one action from the training. Only one.

WEEK 4 Implement 90 min, yours

Put it to work

Post it, send it, price it, offer it. Whatever the one thing was, this is the week it leaves your laptop.

Your one job: ship it. Then bring what happened to next month's call.

A prompt lands in the community every Monday, so no week goes by with nothing leaving your laptop.

Whatever week you land in, you start there. Nobody waits for a cohort to open.

And the months chain. What you ship in week four is what gets coached in week one, so nothing starts from zero.

From stuck to shipping

I was struggling with putting myself out there and knowing what next steps to take. Michelle's energy and enthusiasm are contagious! I now feel more open to marketing myself and excited to try new ideas to grow my business.

Two Decisions I Made On Purpose.

Every decision below buys you something and costs you something. If a cost is a dealbreaker, I'd rather you know now than find out in month two.

1

It's a room, not a private hour.

What it buys you

You already did the foundational work. You don't need somebody walking you through your niche line by line anymore. What you need is consistent eyes on your work, guidance when you're stuck, and people who notice when you go quiet. A room does that. A private hour doesn't.

What it costs you

Some months the call goes deep on somebody else's business while you listen. Your turn isn't every single month.

If you're still building the foundation, the niche and the offer and the enrollment system, start with Coaching Biz Builder. This is what comes after.

2

It's ongoing, because the building never stops.

What it buys you

Nothing ends in week nine. Your business doesn't have a finish line, so the support doesn't either. The months chain, and by month four you're four rounds in with work published along the way.

What it costs you

There's no deadline to sprint at. If a cart close is the only thing that gets you moving, a membership will be harder for you than a cohort.

I'll put the date on the calendar and I'll read your work. Showing up is still yours.

Investment

One Client Covers The Year.

That's the whole math. Enroll one client from something you published because someone looked at it first, and the Lounge paid for itself.

  • A call every month where I read your actual work.So you stop publishing things nobody has looked at.
  • My eyes on it between calls too.So you're never sitting on something for three weeks waiting to ask.
  • One skill a month, taught live.So you go deeper on four things instead of wider on thirty.
  • A room of coaches across every niche. So somebody notices when you go quiet.
  • Everything recorded and posted. So a bad week costs you nothing.

Still have questions

Here Are The Honest Answers.

Do I need to have worked with you first?

No. Most members haven't.

There's no prerequisite, no program you have to finish, no application. If you're a coach who wants ongoing support and honest eyes on your work, you're in the right room.

Can't I just figure this out with AI?

You can get answers from AI. You'll also get the most generic thing possible, and generic doesn't lead you anywhere.

AI will hand you 10 versions of a post. It won't tell you which one is right for your coach, your offer, your people. It doesn't know your business and it isn't going to tell you the truth about your messaging.

Bring your stuff to the call and I'll go through it with you. That's the part you've been missing.

What about the bigger memberships out there?

Most of them give you access on a call. You ask a question, you get an answer, and some of the time the answer comes from a team member rather than the person whose name is on the door.

Nobody there is reading your sales page before you publish it.

That's the difference. In here you hand me the actual thing and I read it. Not a question about the thing. The thing.

Can't I just join a free community instead?

You can. But you get what you pay for.

In free groups people gatekeep the good stuff, and the feedback you do get is usually a guess from someone who's about to pitch you. In here you get honest eyes from a coach whose only agenda is your results.

How is this different from Coaching Biz Builder?

Coaching Biz Builder is an 8-week cohort with a start and a finish, where you do the foundational work: your niche, your offer, your enrollment system, the whole Client Enrollment Method.

The Lounge isn't a program you finish. It's a room you stay in. CBB is how you build it. The Lounge is how you keep going.

If you're a CBB grad or a past 1:1 client, this is where you keep the momentum without starting over every quarter. And if you've never worked with me, you're not behind. Most members in here haven't.

How much time does this take each month?

About four hours across the month. One training, one coaching call, and the work in between.

But honestly, the coaches who get the most out of this are the ones who show up often. Pop in when you're stuck. Share a win. Get eyes on a post before you publish.

I built this whole business on evenings and weekends while working a full-time pharmacy job, so I get it. Your time is real. You don't need hours.

What if I miss a call?

Every coaching call and every training is recorded and posted in the Lounge. Come live when you can, catch the recording when you can't.

Can I cancel?

Any time, directly from your account settings. No call, no email, no talking anyone out of it.

Your next step

Here's Your Choice.

Nothing on this page was new information. You knew the framework before you got here. That was never the part you were missing.

What decides the next thirty days is smaller than that. Whether one thing leaves your head, or doesn't.

Not whether you're disciplined enough. Not whether you know enough. Just whether there's a date on the calendar and somebody waiting to see it.

One more lap, or one step forward.
